Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS):

  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vango Camp gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Our Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Air Beds and Pumps
  • Camping Cook Sets and Utensils (if packaging has been opened)
  • Camping Laundry items
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Any additional information needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • For exchanges or defective items, we’ll provide a return shipping label
  • For standard returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Ship using a trackable method and retain your tracking number

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchanges

Expedited Returns

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
