Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include all original tags and accessories
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Air Beds and Pumps (unless defective)
- Camping Cook Sets and Utensils (if packaging has been opened)
- Camping Laundry items
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Any additional information needed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Affix the return shipping label we provide (for exchanges or defective items)
- For standard returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Ship using a trackable method and retain your tracking number
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect
Damaged or Defective Items
If your camping gear arrives damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label
- Upon receipt, we’ll expedite your replacement or refund
Expedited Returns for Adventurers
Planning an upcoming trip? For time-sensitive returns, contact us about our expedited return option (additional fees may apply). We’ll prioritize processing to ensure you get your replacement gear in time for your adventure.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
- We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders
